STATE OF FACILITIES: Mayflower Private School right from inception has ensured the provision of standard facilities in all areas of school life. There are good and standard sports facilities, spacious and well ventilated classrooms with reasonable number of students, laboratories for science subjects, workshop for technical and vocational subjects, well equipped and adequately staffed sickbay, well equipped library with contemporary book collections, ICT centre with internet facilities etc.

 

The Students’ dormitories are delight to all parents. The dormitories are as old as the school itself.  This scheme has over several decades served the interest of parents who desire an ideal hostel for the grooming of their children morally. PROMOTION OF COMPREHENSIVE EDUCATION: Mayflower School has always emphasized the promotion of Comprehensive education as epitomized by the late sage himself, Dr. Tai Solarin, who believed that you can only be a complete man when you have an all-round education/training. He believed in “Do-it-yourself” approach to life. Self-reliance or self-sufficiency was his watchword. Promotion of trade, vocation or artistry has been an integral part of curricular and co-curricular offerings in Mayflower Private School.
